Decaf Colombia Buesaco

Decaf Colombia Buesaco

Flavor Notes:  Lemon Meringue, Syrupy Body, Balanced Acidity

Origin: Colombia  |  Region: Buesaco, Nariño  |  Process: Washed

We are so excited to have a regular and decaf version of the exact same coffee in our lineup! We love the tropical fruit notes in coffees from this region and the sugar cane (aka ethyl acetate) decaffeination processing allows the coffee to retain its character. Using the byproduct of sugar cane processing, this decaffeination method maintains the flavors and acidity of the coffee, so you don’t have that flat or stale taste that decaf coffees often have. All the great things about the Buesaco, Nariño - just no caffeine!

Elevation: 2000-2100 meters above sea level

Varietals: Caturra, Castillo and Colombia
