We want you to love your home espresso setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most products to ensure they meet your brewing standards. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our coffee concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Equipment
Thoroughly clean and drain all water from your machine, then pack it securely in its original double-box packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect your return for completeness and functionality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
